Oware builds O360, a cloud-based supply chain execution platform combining warehouse management (WMS), transportation management (TMS), and manufacturing execution (MES) in one system. It integrates with customers' existing ERPs to direct and track warehouse tasks, shipments, production orders, and customer orders in real time, across multiple sites.

I joined as a direct engineering hire between roles at Fifth Thought and Seven Peaks Software, working on the core modules that power real-time visibility for operations teams — the kind of software where a stale status update means a truck leaves late or a warehouse task gets missed entirely.

The work meant close collaboration with supply-chain domain experts to turn operational requirements — how a warehouse actually processes an order, how a shipment actually gets dispatched — into scalable, real-time software, plus integration work syncing O360 with client ERP systems so inventory and order data stayed consistent across systems.
